In addition to providing sustenance and its nutritive value, Sona ZinC Chewable contains Zinc, Vitamin C, natural Acerola and Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex. Vitamin C can be depleted from the body in times of cold and flu and is important for immune system function, energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. The action of chewing/sucking the tablets is soothing to the mouth and throat.
