Contains Camphor 11.0%, Menthol 8.0%, Cajuput Oil 13.0% and Clove Oil 1.5%. Also contains: Dementholised Mint Oil, Yellow Soft Paraffin and Hard Paraffin.

Adults and children 2 years and over: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin as necessary, usually 2 or 3 times a day.
